1st ECO-SOS Doctorials, 17 December 2020
The 1st ECO-SOS Doctorials is a one-morning event in which PhD students may present both standard papers (20 minutes presentation) and research ideas (5 minutes presentation). Our aim is to institutionalize this activity twice a year: before WIPE (as a training for some of the people presenting there) and before summer (also as a training before the period in which most of conferences are scheduled).
The program includes 5 research ideas presentation, 3 standard papers presentation and 1 presentation by a senior researcher of ECO-SOS aiming to explain her research. Concretely, Carolina Manzano (Associate Professor) will present "The neglection of the informational content of the price in supply function competition".

Specifically, ECO-SOS studies the connection between sustainability and the following areas of interest: environmental and climate economics, health economics, regional and urban economics, education and labor market business and innovation, energy and natural resources, industrial organization, economic policy, game theory and environmental conflicts, and transport and tourism.
