2nd. GRODE Workshop 16-17/5/2017 “Claims problems”
The workshop deals with issues of rationing. A rationing situation arises when the available resources are not enough to honour the aggregate claim. During the workshop, this kind of situation, so-called conflicting claims problems, are analysed from both a theoretical point of view (providing distribution rules, social principles, etc.), and a practical point of view (through different implementations such as the distribution of public budgets, copayments, etc.)
This activity is provided within the framework of the research group of the URV, GRODE
