1st ECO-SOS Doctorials (17 desembre 2020)
El 1r ECO-SOS Doctorial és un esdeveniment d'un matí en què els estudiants de doctorat poden presentar treballs estàndard (presentació de 20 minuts) i idees de recerca (presentació de 5 minuts). El nostre objectiu és institucionalitzar aquesta activitat dues vegades a l'any: abans del WIPE (com a formació per a algunes de les persones que s'hi presenten) i abans de l'estiu (també com a formació abans del període en què es programen la majoria de conferències).
El programa inclou 5 presentacions d'idees de recerca, 3 presentacions d'articles estàndard i 1 presentació d'una investigadora sènior d'ECO-SOS amb l'objectiu d'explicar la seva investigació. Concretament, Carolina Manzano (professora Titular d’Universitat) presentarà "The neglection of the informational content of the price in supply function competition"

The Research Centre on Economics and Sustainability (ECO-SOS) is a research centre created in 2010 as CREIP (Research Centre in Industrial and Public Economics), that recently moved to sustainability issues, in line with research interests of its members. Specifically, ECO-SOS studies the connection between sustainability and the following areas of interest: environmental and climate economics, health economics, regional and urban economics, education and labor market business and innovation, energy and natural resources, industrial organization, economic policy, game theory and environmental conflicts, and transport and tourism.
